How long will the claim process take?

Typically, once you’ve provided all the necessary information, we’ll get the claim submitted with the manufacturer/supplier within 3-5 business days.

Once we’ve submitted the claim with them, we expect to receive a response from the manufacturer/supplier within 5-10 business days. This can vary from supplier to supplier, as we deal with hundreds of different suppliers, manufacturers and products.

Where do I find my products warranty period?

The best way to find out the warranty period applicable for a product, is to go to the manufacturer's website, or to look through your product’s user manual.

Can I submit a warranty claim with the manufacturer directly?

Yes, absolutely! Some manufacturers do actually prefer this, to provide a faster solution direct to the customer.

Generally you can find the details to submit a claim directly on the manufacturers website. If you can't find the warranty details with the manufacturer, just let us know and we can direct you to the right place.

How do I follow up my existing claim?

Once your claim has been lodged, you will receive an email to confirm the claim details have been received. You can reply to this email thread at any time, or you can give us a call on 1300 854 185.

Who pays for postage?

Not every warranty claim requires return postage, but where it is needed, this is handled on a case-by-case basis. Where an obvious fault is found, we will cover return postage as required. If a fault isn’t confirmed, you may be asked to post the item back at your cost, and once the fault is confirmed, we will arrange reimbursement for the freight.
