Please be aware that during peak trading times, there may be some delays in both dispatch and delivery of your orders. We partner with multiple courier partners to try and reduce the impact on our customers, but some regions may experience backlogs from now through to Christmas. While we strive to ensure timely shipments, delivery times may be longer than usual. Our Customer Service Team are here to assist where they can, however once orders have left our warehouse we are working with the same tracking information as our customers. Often, the fastest response time is to contact the Courier directly using the tracking link provided. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Current delays (as of 9th December 2024)
Sydney - some lengthy delays due to volume of parcels in the network. Weekend deliveries are also implemented to support.
Adelaide - some delays.

Regional destinations with delays - Bendigo, Maryborough, Newcastle, Orange, Port Macquarie, Townsville, Wollongong, Canberra, Central Coast, Gold Coast, Young.
