Domestic Shipping:
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific locations for items we consider to be at high risk of loss or damage, and also areas that are inaccessible with standard courier and delivery services. In this case, one of our friendly team will contact you to discuss possible options. If we cannot reasonably find a solution, we may cancel the order and provide a refund to you including any freight paid at check out. If you have and alternative address where as your order can be safely delivered and collected by you, let us know and we can see what we can do.
International Shipping:
Outback Equipment does not cover any duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders. Any additional fees imposed by the destination country's customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. In compliance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and label the order as "merchandise." We are legally prohibited from marking any order as a "gift" for export purposes.
