Tracking your online orders shouldn't be complicated. There are a few ways you can easily keep tabs on your purchases. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately, especially if your order contains an oversize item. You should receive a tracking number for each shipment as they get on their way to you.
Email Notification: Once your order leaves our warehouse and is scanned by the courier, we'll send you an email with your tracking details. This keeps you in the loop every step of the way. Keep an eye on your email for these updates and don't forget to mark our address as "safe", so they don't land in your junk. If you have not received an email notification your order has most likely not left the warehouse.
Account Tracking: Prefer to check on your orders in one place? Simply log in to your account on our website and head to the "Account Home" section. There, you'll find a list of all your orders, each with a "Track" button for easy monitoring.
Just a note to highlight, the "track" button becomes active once your order is on its way and has been scanned into the courier's network. If you do not have the track button available your order has most likely not yet left our warehouse.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, some of our products are sourced directly from suppliers. At times we require a few extra days to consolidate your order before shipping it out to you. Where your total order value amounts to $500 or less, we will consolidate all items and dispatch your complete order once everything is available. However, if you're eager to receive part of your order earlier, we're more than happy to accommodate your request. Please note, that this option will incur an additional $14 handling fee for each separate delivery. If you would like your order dispatched separately, please contact us to arrange delivery and payment.
