While we aim to adhere to this timeframe, please note that occasional delays may occur.
Note: Goods are only warranted for defects in manufacturing. The standard warranty across most products is 12 months unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Upon acknowledgment of a major fault by the manufacturer or supplier, we will organize a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue. Please note that any repairs needed will be carried out by the manufacturer, not by Outback Equipment.
