Order delays can be frustrating, especially when you're eagerly awaiting a package. We recognise the importance of timely delivery and strive to provide transparency when delays occur. Here's a look at some common reasons why your order might be delayed:
1. Shipping Carrier Delays:
Unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or transportation issues can lead to delays in transit, despite our best efforts to partner with reliable shipping carriers.
2. High Volume of Orders:
During busy periods like holidays or sales events, processing and dispatching orders within our standard 3-5 business days may take longer due to increased demand.
3. Inventory Availability:
Sometimes, items may be out of stock or on backorder, requiring extra time to replenish our inventory before fulfilling your order.
4. Order consolidation:
As part of our commitment to sustainability, some of our products are sourced directly from suppliers. As a result, sometimes we require extra time to your complete order. Where your total order value amounts to $500 or less, we will consolidate all items and dispatch your complete order once everything is available. However, if you're eager to receive part of your order earlier, we're more than happy to accommodate your request. Please note, that this option will incur an additional $14 handling fee for each separate delivery. If you would like your order dispatched separately, please contact us to arrange delivery and payment.
5. Address or Payment Verification:
Additional verification of your shipping address or payment details may be necessary to prevent fraud, causing a slight delay in order dispatch.
Rest assured, we're dedicated to keeping you informed and minimizing delays whenever possible. For any concerns or assistance, our customer service team is here to help.
