Dispatch Time:
Rest assured, your order is in good hands. Our standard dispatch period is 3-5 business days. During this time, our dedicated team ensures your items are carefully prepared for shipment.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, some of our products are sourced directly from suppliers. As a result, sometimes we require extra time to your complete order. Where your total order value amounts to $500 or less, we will consolidate all items and dispatch your complete order once everything is available. However, if you're eager to receive part of your order earlier, we're more than happy to accommodate your request. Please note, that this option will incur an additional $14 handling fee for each separate delivery. If you would like your order dispatched separately, please contact us to arrange delivery and payment.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, tracking details will be swiftly provided to you, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Email Notification:
As soon as your order is scanned by the courier, an email containing your tracking details will be sent to you. This enables you to track your package's journey from our facility to your doorstep with ease.
Account Tracking:
Prefer a centralised tracking method? Simply log in to your account on our website, navigate to the "account summary" section, and find all your orders listed. From there, clicking "track" next to your order will allow you to monitor its progress seamlessly.
