Handling time refers to the duration it takes for our warehouse team to process and prepare your order for shipment. It's the time between when you complete your order, to when your order is on its way to you.
From December 24th to January 13th, handling time may range from 1 day up to 3 weeks. This is dependent on Public Holidays, your item’s availability and your shipping requirements. We also rely on our supplier partners for warehousing and direct delivery for some of our items. At this time of year, they may be closed therefore unable to ship orders. We endeavour to notify all customers in a timely manner if there is a delay.
At times we require a few extra days to consolidate your order before shipping it out to you. Where your total order value amounts to $500 or less, we will consolidate all items and dispatch your complete order once everything is available. However, if you're eager to receive part of your order earlier, we're more than happy to accommodate your request. Please note, that this option will incur an additional $14 handling fee for each separate delivery. If you would like your order dispatched separately, please contact us to arrange delivery and payment.
